so , today i want to tell u bout what i've learned in chapter 1 , fvourite chptr i lah ^_^ in sc. comp . (speaking la plak :) , hee MUET mgu dpn T_T )

0k , in chapter 1 , i've learned bout Informtion Technology ( like shown in the pic above :) . what i've found the most intrsting in tis topic is ' The Development of IT ' . here , i juz wanna sumarise b0ut tis topic .

' how was IT developed ??? '

IT was start with Stand-alone Computer . followed by Mainframe , Client Server Network , Distibuted Computing n the most widely use nowadays is Cloud Computing

Stand-alone Computer - desktop or laptop that is use on its own without requiring connection from local area network ( LAN ) or wide area network ( WAN )

Mainframe - large, expensive and powerful computer that can handle hundreds or thousands of users simultaneously

Client-server Network - An architecture where user ( client ) is the requesting machine and server is the supplying machine , which both are connected to local area network ( LAN ) or wide area network ( WAN )

Distributed computing - a single computer programme runs in more than one computer at the same time .

Cloud computing - Internet service that provides computing needs to users .

nowadays , many people are using cloud computing , even children also have used wit tis technology , but do we realise where the technology start from ? -.-' so , learn science comp . ! it is useful ! :)
